- The forward should have a set number of attempts and then swap with the defender
- Drill is set up to encourage V-drag and Stutter step eliminations
- Player should use body position and head placement to disguise the movement
- Players should understand when they have beaten a player and begin the drive towards the gate
- Decrease the size of the area so the forward must eliminate under more pressure
