Description
- 6 on 6
- Approximately half pitch game played across the length
- Full size D should be used (project onto the other goal)
- High intensity
Coaching points
- Should be played at game speed
- Defense should apply high levels pressure
- Should attempt to create an overload situation by eliminating a player
Progression
- Install stipulations (number of touches, non-verbal, maximum time on the ball, player must get ahead once they've passed the ball etc.)
