- Practice running, lifting the ball under control
- The ball should bounce in between each cone
- Players should attempt the vary the height and weight of the lift, so a defender would not be able to read the next lift
Add a turn to this practice, players dribble to the end of the cones and then turn and repeat in the opposite direction.
You can also add a turn and pass element when using this practice in groups to bring the skill closer to a real match situation.
