
A. This is opportunity for students to practice their tennis skills in a team environment. TYPE: Teams ,Team of four SETUP: 1. Form team of four to seven students on opposite sides of the net. Each team has one racquet and two balls per team ( have a basket of balls in a safe place). Have the students line in a single file line on the sideline. MISSION: 1. The first student in line on one team will drop-hits a ball ( hand feed ball from the coach),to the first student in line on the opposite side of the net . 2. The point is played out until a mistake is made by one of the students. 3. The student that won âChampâ the point stays in the game, and the student that lost â Challengerâmust rotate out and a new challenger comes in an challenges the winner. 4. If the student that challenge the winner, wins the point, they become the new â Champâ . And repeat the progression. 5.The first team to 10 wins.
