DESCRIPTION

 Live ball drill The players are to play against each other, no coach is need. The training works as follows. The player plays starts playing the ball cross and as a underhand groundstroke to start a rally with the opposing player. After the second ball that is played cross the player changes to a longline where the opposing player plays its cross. This pattern alternates between the two players. Each partner group has 3 lives, you lose a life if the ball is out. Only singles court is to be played.

Goal is to keep the ball in play as long as possible Look for a complete follow through
