1. Put your legs shoulder width apart and bent at the knees (remain low to the ground)
2. bend at the waist (not with back bent)
3. Put one hand out palm facing upwards, lay the other hand palm up, on top of that hand, bring two thumbs together and place them side by side
4. whilst keeping your hands in this position, extend your arms out to create a platform
5. keep your arms stiff and shoulders hunched
6. Extend legs at the same time as lifting arms ready for impact of the ball (creating more power)
