Players are split into two equal teams.
1. One team starts behind the serving line, with one of their players sitting on the opposite side of the net in zone 1
2. Their team takes turns trying to serve to their teammate on the opposite side
3. When the seated teammate is able to catch a serve, they go and get in the serving line
4. The player who made the serve to their seated teammate, goes and sits in zone 2
5. Continue this pattern until team has served to a player in all 6 zones successfully
6. Opposite team on the other side of the net is doing the same thing

Volleyball is the ultimate team sport - no player can dominate alone. Effective communication before, during, and after every play prevents confusion and creates a cohesive, confident team.
Elite attackers don't just hit hard - they hit smart. Shot variety, reading the block, and making good decisions under pressure separate great hitters from one-dimensional power players.
