One coach, one player. Coach starts on approximately 10' line, player on approximately endline. Coach throws a ball somewhere. Could be on the court or not on the court, doesn't matter. Player needs to touch 15 balls. Touch is the keyword, not necessarily a good up. Balls can be thrown literally anywhere (touchable or untouchable) but if the player does not give appropriate effort (ie diving), the count resets at zero. Sounds simple but seriously sucks if you are a player because you end up chasing down about 30-50 balls.

Volleyball is the ultimate team sport - no player can dominate alone. Effective communication before, during, and after every play prevents confusion and creates a cohesive, confident team.
Elite attackers don't just hit hard - they hit smart. Shot variety, reading the block, and making good decisions under pressure separate great hitters from one-dimensional power players.
