- One player standing in the middle of the court.
- Coach stands with back facing the net.
- Coach has 2 minutes to continuously throws balls up around the court, giving the athlete very little time to hope on there feat again.
- The aim is for the athlete to get a good pass back to the coach or at least get a touch on the ball to keep it up and in play.
- The rest of the team stands around the court collecting the balls and delivering back to the coach.
-After two minutes swap player in the middle.
