Diving practice on beach -
Set out 2 cones. Get player to stand in the middle of the two cones and call the way your going to throw (left or right). throw the ball to that side just enough for the athlete to get a touch on the ball. To make it harder throw the next ball earlier so athlete has to get back on his or her feet quicker.
