- This drill is called the flying V for it's V shape formation.
- Separate the players into two teams.
- Each player stands on a cone. When the whistle blows the first person on each side passes the ball down the line making sure everyone in the line gets a pass.
- The last person in the line then runs around the front of the line making sure he is running with two hands on the ball. The player will run to the try line which is placed at the behind the first cone.
- Once the player has touched down on the try line he then goes to the first cone while everyone moves down one.
- The winning team is the first team to go through everyone and back to the start.
