Warm up/Agility drill

DESCRIPTION

  • Jog 3 laps, half court basketball 3v3, dynamic stretching
  • Agility drill: ladders placed on one sideline. 2 groups starting the drill from the baseline, behind the side lines, one is doing the ladder drills and the the other-line drills, once the 3m line is reached mimic the spike, side shuffle to the middle and mimic block, then sprint back to the base line. Players are then going to the line on the other side. Practice several different footwork drills on both ladders and line.
