First iteration will be forearm passing.
Tosser will toss 3 long and short. Passer must move their feet into position and get set to pass to target.
Once the passer passed 3 of each, switch to target. Tosser to passer and target to tosser.
*When each group has done two iterations of forearm, move into overhead passing.
