Drill:
Lines at positions 1 and 5
Coach tosses ball to an area, player in line chases and plays a high ball. Player from the other line follows and plays ball from player 1 over the net
Variation:
players line up at baseline at sideline
feed 3 balls across baseline from position 3, passer must return pass to feeder. Passer moves up to attack line, pass 3 short balls tossed across the attack line
Play emergency balls with good control. Support players on trouble balls.
