Core Coaching Drill
All Progressions are on a set time for teams to complete by. Coaches can opt to have players toss, hit, or serve at any point in drills for additional touches.
P1= 25 Free balls, 25 Above head only passes, 25 Down balls, 25 Free balls
P2= 20 Free balls, 20 Down balls, 20 Serve recieve balls, 20 Down balls, 20 Free balls
P3= 20 Free balls, 20 Don balls, 40 Serve recieve balls, 20 Down balls
For P2 & P3 for additional challenge add a setter and hitter. Passes only count if setter can get a successful set to wherever the hitter is. You could have passes hit after they pass to mix up where the setter must set to.

Communication- Teams must count their own good passes

Accuracy for serves and down balls if coach opts to have player enter ball.
Emphasize players passing technique (no swinging arms, strong platform, staying low, etc.)
