Skill 5: Self rally and catch the ball with palm up.
Skill 6: Self rally and catch the ball with palm down.
Skill 7. Self rally with palm up.
Skill 8: Self rally with palm down.
Use good control with the racquet.
Bend your knees.
Hand- eye- keep your eyes on the ball.
