This serving drill is designed to help with ball placement on the first and second serve. Each server gets two tries (8 serves) to get all four spots.
-The server will start by hitting their first serve at either the back left or right, trying to get as close to the corners as they can while still keeping the ball in.
-Their second serve will be a little less than halfway into the service box and they can choose either side
- If the athlete can get the ball in at each respective cone/area with the same serve represented in the picture (or each row) then the drill is over
-Athletes should be doing this from both service sides

Tennis demands a unique combination of endurance, power, agility, and flexibility. Physical preparation determines how long careers last and how players perform when it matters most.
Ecological dynamics is transforming tennis coaching. This constraints-led approach develops adaptable, creative players who can solve problems in competition, not just execute drilled patterns.
