At the beggining of the warm up the players will begin to run through a circuit including some key skills like agility and speed,the drill consists of the person running in and out of the cones speeding up each run. To progress on this drill they can change the technique they are using to avoid each cone. In the main drill on the court there will be a warm up rally in the service boxes progressing to the service line. On the other side of the court there will be 4 players serving cross court into each service box aiming for different places each time this will help accuracy and technique. Another circuit there will be hurdles and a ladder helping balance an jumping.
