DESCRIPTION

Smash Goals

  1. Players are aiming to direct their smashes cross court where coaches have set up goals
  2. Players get 5 shots each then swap with there partners who are picking up ball/ trying to catch the ball after the bounce
  3. Ounce players have had their turn on one side they then move to the other.
  4. Progression: making goals smaller.
  5. Regression: making goals bigger or removing them

Coaches notes

  1. Side on position
  2. Grips
  3. Racquet back early
  4. opposite hand pointing up at the ball
