In this drill, students are instructed to hit the ball, either backhand or forehand over the net in the aim to landmin of the two squares that has been set up.
In the group, there is one feeder, one hitter and 1-2 retrievers. The hitter is to pre-select which square they are aiming for and judge their results based on a rage that they have set for themselves.
After 5 hits, the roles are to change over.
