DESCRIPTION

Start on the outer tramline. Athletes will run at 50% from the outer to inner tramline and then back to the start. They will then run at 75 % to the centre of the court and back to the start. Finally, athletes will sprint at 100% to the other inner tramline and back to the start. This drill is a continuous exercise with all efforts being repeated after one another.
