1- lay tennis rackets around 5-7 feet away. Aim and fire tennis ball attempting to land on target. (2 minutes to get as many as possible) repeat twice.
2- Target practice (coach is target whilst kids need to attempt to hit the target) Condition is that the target can move.
Ensure there is full focus whilst also having fun. Emphasise the benefits of doing these drills. (I.e- accuracy that transfers to tennis, ball position etc..)

Ecological dynamics is transforming tennis coaching. This constraints-led approach develops adaptable, creative players who can solve problems in competition, not just execute drilled patterns.
