The red player hits always a down the line shot, while the yellow player hits alway a cross-court. After 5 minutes of drill, they switch parts.
01 - Red player hits a backhand down the line (A), then returns to neutral, centre court position.
02 - Yellow player hits a cross court forehand (B), then returns to neutral, centre court position.
03 - Red player hits a forehand down the line (C), then returns to neutral, centre court position.
04 - Yellow player hits a cross court backhand (D), then returns to neutral, centre court position.
And so on till failure.
