Players come onto the court one at a time and stand infront of the coach (position can be marked by a throwdown line). The coach will feed 3 forehands by hand (soft and high trajectory to allow player more time) an the player will hit their shots, retrieve their 3 balls and hold onto them, returning them to the coach when they are next up.
