Once someone reaches 7 points the put their racket up and shout "7-Up" and all play stops. The winner (and players who were winning at the time) move up a court (or half court if numbers dictate) and vice versa. If games are a draw the player to most recently win a point is the winner.
If games are unbalanced and too short, instead of making it 7 points you can make it timed games, or increase the numbers of points (9, 11, 15 etc)
