Organization: Have 2 lines on the baseline for players to stand on.
Description: Divide layers into 2 groups. Each group will line up together single file on baselines. Split the court in 2 vertically. On both sides from the baseline corner to the center where u split the court, place cones Diagonally (sideline, middle, sideline, middle). On the whistle first player in both lines goes down the line of cones performing the dribble move instructed at each cone (e.g. Cross over, between the legs, behind the back). Once the Player in front passes the designated cone then next person goes. Players go for 5-10 minutes depending on group size. (1:20 mark on the video)

Progression: Players can repeat the same action but now add dribble combinations (e.g. between the legs, behind the back or double crossover).
