Organization: Using cones, designate no less than 5 locations throughout the gym/playground. The locations should be spread apart as far as possible to allow Scholars to sprint from location to location safely.
Dependent on class size, scholars should be split into smaller teams in order to minimize the amount of scholars running at any one given time to a single location.
Description: Before each sprint, the Coach will tell each Scholar team the location they will be running to and have the Scholars point to the location they will be running to. Upon the whistle, Scholars will sprint to their designated location and repeat until all teams have completed the circuit of locations.
Coaching Points: Scholars are to maintain adequate distance from each other (no contact) and focus on their surroundings to ensure safety. Pump arms and lift knees while running.
