Coaching Points
Coaches should remind scholars that it is not a race. Coaches should be also monitoring/correcting footwork.
Progression
Overtime. scholars should automatically know the correct foot positioning and able to make lay ups with these mechanics.
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
