Place a line of chairs spaced enough to dribble through them going from the free throw line at 1 end of court to the other free throw line. Place a chair at each of the blocks on the side of the post.
Start at either end and zig-zag through the chairs as fast as possible using your moves, continuing to dribble throughout the drill. This helps you work on footwork, direction changes and dribbling skills as if you were dodging opponents. Once you reach the free throw ling at the other end dribble around 1 of the chairs on the block and complete the layup. Repeat until you make 5 shots with both hands on both sides of the court.
