Begin at the right side of the 3 point line with a chair placed on the right elbow. Dribble up to the chair like your on a fast break and perform a move (Spin Move, Crossover, Behind the Back, Through the legs, Onside) and then take the ball to the basket hard but release soft. Make 10 right handed layups, and then move the chair to the left elbow and start at the left side of the 3 point line. Repeat the drill until you make 10 left handed layups.
