This is a possession game that involved two teams trying to keep the ball for 20 passes without a defending team intercepting the ball. The defensive team should try and get four touches on the ball when it is being passed. If a team can make 20 passes the other team does sit ups and vice versa if the defending team steal the ball then attackers are punished.
