DESCRIPTION

The aim of this drill is for you to go through as many cycles as possible within 2 minutes.

A cycle consist of a lay up, a shot, a 3-pointer and 2 free throws.

Start the 2 minute timer:

1. The first shot should be a lay-up, take as many tries as needed before moving to stage 2.

2. Stage 2 is a midrange shot, if the player misses / scores a shot they must collect the ball and retake / advance to the next stage.

3. The third stage is a three point shot and once this has been completed the timer is then paused.

4. In stage four, the player takes two free throws. in order for the cycle to count  the player must score both shots. if either shot is missed the player can not count that cycle and must start again.

If the player makes the two free throws then that counts as 1 cycle. the player must then repeat the same sequence again and this is constant until the 2 minutes is up.
