Free Throw Conditioning
1st player gets ball and jogs in to make free throw. All misses count for 2 and all shots made count for 1. Get to 10 scores before 5 misses.
Team to do sideline touches, eg 10. They will now be shooting under fatigue.
Ensure proper technique is being utilised. Ensuring player comes to complete halt and then performance individual pre-shot routine.
