Its been a long time i am coaching the girls volleyball team in our school, for the past 10 years i am happy teaching the grassroot of the fundamentals of the game, but after 10 years I am beginning to feel this so called BURN OUT, and I am becoming inpatient to my players, sometimes i used to shout on them if they cannot perform the skills, they cannot execute the system of play, its always teaching them again and again the same technique that they cannot follow. I already gave several championships to the schools and some of my players are now playing in the higher league and the parents are thankful for the values and discipline i imparted to their children. Still, I am not contented or satisfy with my achievements, why do i feel this?
I'd be burned out too after 10 years.
Consider hosting a coaches clinic where you can teach parents or other adults parent how to coach.
Move into administration so you can help other coaches with what they need.

That is a long time.
Perhaps you need to take a break from the sport/coaching it? ... maybe this could help you to revaluate your position and involvement at your school.
Also, maybe it would be interesting to sit down with the members of the team and discuss the issue, and to what level they wish to perform. If some of them are attending, but are more interested in the 'fun' of the sport rather than the actual performance then maybe it's a case of changing things to suit?
I like the idea of a coaches clinic, as this could help relieve some of the duties from you by creating a team of coaches. Much easier to manage.
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
World Rugby has reportedly conceded Aaron Smith's disallowed try in the World Cup final should have stood.
