Well I like to give out prizes to the girls that complete a special skill they have been working on. Encouragement is key, when a player does something good have the whole team cheer. Like class room teachers rewards for good behavior are ideal. I take the last ten mins of my practice and call it abuse the coaches. It is when the girls make us work to get to the ball.
