Plan for preparation must make your coach. Only he or she, know what you need and what you want(and your level of tennis). That is why are coaches in sport so important.

4 Week plan for Tennis Preparation :

1) improve your 2nd Serve, Make it Slice & keep adding Power & accuracy. Practice no more than 50 serves, Because you don't want to hurt your Hand.

2) Do Lots & Lots of Cross court & Down the Line Drill. How ? Have a Partner start with Cross court, You reply with Down the Line, (Straight) then he will do cross court, Count the score til 5 Points. ( Just 1, 2 3 Not 15, 30 40 Format ) This will improve your Crosscourting Skills. Make sure to Change the Role, Whoever Start first they start with Crosscourt.

3) identify the opponent Weakness, in the Match, Start with their Backhand, Check their reponse. They will not improve the Backhand in this match, So if it is weak, you got your Home. Keep playing to their Back hand. Victory Bicycle is yours.
