coaching programe U14 girl
hi ! hope somebody can help! my daughter's coach has left and I will be coaching her for the next months. She plays at good level but no tournaments at the moment. I would like to have a coaching plan which I can follow. Sportplan is great for th drills, but they should be linked to a programme. can anybody help? many thanks

Sportplan have over 135 Tennis sessions available for members to access which are appropriate for players at all levels, all of which can be found under the 'plans' tab. For younger players, such as your daughter, it is important to focus on developing proper technique and consistency within their groundstrokes.
