beginning volley technique
You can start with catch balls in front of your body. Just catching with rigt arm (right hander) forhand volley and again with right arm for B.volley. For B. volley you must turn your right arm for aprox. 90% clock wise and support in wrist with left arm. After some amount of time you can start working with rest of your body. When you mastering that, you can start with racket.....
