If the ball hits player's body

If the ball hits player's body and returns over the net, whose point is it?

You must hit the ball with racket (or frame) and only than you score point. And you must hold racket when you hit the ball. For example%3A You are in position near the net and you throw your racket because ball was too far from you. Even if you have luck and return over the net the point is not yours.

Sorry for my english, but still I hope that I help you.

Thank you, your English is fine - certainly much better than my Slovene.  Vin

If the ball hits any part of your body or your clothing, then you lose the point.

This is, however, one of situations where the player calls against themselves. If you say it didn't touch your body then that is final.. except in an officaited match.. where the Official - a Roving Umpire or Chair Umpire can make the call.

If the ball hits any part of your body, no matter where it lands after that, you lose the point. The ball has to be hit with your tennis racquet frame or strings.
