How do I teach a kick serve to bounce higher?

How do I teach a kick serve to bounce higher?

I've tried tossing to my left behind the left shoulder for right hander. Letting the ball drop a little and swing in an upward motion. Always staying side on. What else can you recommend?

hmmm... that would be great Henry , also try to let your player toss the ball at the center of his head then let his body bend backward a bit then let him hit the ball to the highest point, you may let him jumpp if he wants to.

make sure to attempt to hit the ball from 6 to 12 or 7 to 1 on the clock.
