Child with finals nerves?

Child with finals nerves?

Last weekend my 10 years old daughter participated in a tennis tournament.
Although she reached the final and the game was set at 14%3A30 pm, when we got to the court she started complaining about her belly. She said that had a bellyache and she could not play. The doctor didn’t find anything wrong, but he told me that he could not let her play.
When we went back she was fine.
How do you cope with this situation. I did not say anything to her. I told her that I would like to discuss it with her when she will be ready.
Thank you for listening.

Talk to her about "Believe" Or "Bluff"

Using this mental approach I was able to win many county matches and have had students win at national level.

Method 1.) Believe....She MUST believe in herself. She must walk with confidence, talk with confidence, feel good with her strokes. Even if theres are better, she must know hers are still great. This type of belief comes with time and experience. But in time this approach is no. 1

Method 2.) Bluff.....She must pretend she knows how good she is etc. Or pretend is is playing an opponents "Twin" sister is is RUBBISH at tennis!!!!!! This bluff method is probally the way to go....but she must truly go with it and so must you. You really have to buy into this way of thinking. In time this method will turn into the "Believe" method....

Hope this helps
