DRILL TYPE: Agility FOCUS: Movement EQUIPMENT: (16) Colored Half Cones ( 4 green, 4 red, 4 yellow, 4 green, 4 blue) (16) Half Cones ( orange) (16) Orange Balls SETUP: Set the cones up in a square at the two backcourts, and in the two service boxes. And place 4 tennis balls on the cones. In the middle of the the square place four cones. MISSION: Divide your players into four teams, have them line up behind the doubles sideline. The first player in each team will run and place all four balls from the outer cones to the the inner cones one by one. Once the player has placed all four balls into the inner cones and runs back and tags the next player. The next player runs and puts all the balls back on the outer cones one by one. The exercise continues. The winners are the first team to place all four balls back on the outer cones.
