Two teams of equal size. Line up with 3 backrow players and a frontrow setter.
Play goes back and forth. Bump, set, backrow attack.
If the attacking players makes a hit fault they go off the court (they are on deck) and do the designated punishment (ex. situps) until their team gets a kill on a backrow attack. While a player is on deck, no other players can replace them - you cannot sub a player in to fill up their spot. The only time a player may come in to fill a spot is if all 4 players on the court are on deck. If this happens, a player outside the court may come in, but only one.
Everytime the ball passes over the net, the team that attacked rotates. If you have players on the side, have one of them rotate in.
The game is won once all players on one side of the court are on deck.
