DESCRIPTION

Players start by laying down next to 1st cone. Tosser will initiate ball, then player gets up and sprints to pass ball. Player will repeat back pedalling to next cone and laying down after each pass, 3 balls total. once completed players back pedal and side step back into line

Always facing the net/footwork
