The aim is to volley the ball over the net. Firstly players will still be numbered 1 and 2, player one will throw the ball over the net to player 2, player 2 will volley the ball back and player 1 will catch. Do this 10 times then rotate
Then the aim will be to continuously volley the ball to eachother. Really trying to focus on using the correct technique.
Finally it will be turned into a competition the aim is to get a rally going, the player who messes up the rally will have to part take in a forfeit.
Coaching points:
Bend knees and arms when waiting for ball, extend both when volleying
