4 Square
Set up cones in back court in the shape of a square. Letter the cones A-D. Player starts in the middle of the cones in a ready/defensive position. On the coach's direction player must sprint to the indicated cone and sprint back to the start spot and get into a ready/defensive position. Immediately upon getting into that position coach indicates another cone for the player to sprint to and back from. Repeat the drill until the player has gone to all 4 cones.
