Cone A gets set up in the middle on the end line, cone B in the middle on the 10' line, cone C on the right sideline at the 10' line and cone D on the left side line at the 10' line. Player starts at cone A and sprints forward to cone B. Player then shuffles to cone C. Player then shuffles all the way over to cone D. Player then shuffles back to cone B and back pedals to cone A.
Variations: You can replace the shuffles with karaoke. You can replace the back pedal with sprinting.
