Coach then yells out a series of about 20 commands.

Coach yells out: "SAY WHAT I SAY AND DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I DO." (Repeat a couple of times and check for understanding)
Repeat a few jumping commands, but start slow. Slowly get faster with the commands.
