Three servers take it in turns to serve ball to Floor Defence. If server fails to get 2 serves in court the get 5 sit-ups;
Floor defence pass ball to Setter who awards points based on:
1. 3 points for not having to move at all to catch ball which is delivered perfectly on their head;
2. 2 points for having to move one shuffle to catch ball which is still delivered above head height;
3. 1 point for having to move a lot but can still pass ball;
4. 0 points for not being able to get to ball.
Each server serves three times and FD with most points wins.
Rotate so FD become servers, Servers go to base line and waiting FD come onto court.
