DESCRIPTION

After H4 has Finished Serving

H2 Pulls back on the from the Left Front Row to the Left Back row for Serve Receive and will hit/block outside(5). H1 will hit/Block Middle(2)

COACHING POINTS

  1. Fourths - 4 players share equidistant in fourths in the back row.
  2. Pinch The two wings pinch into the middle of the court.
  3. Got your back - The 2 Middle Back players pass any balls overhead of the wing passers.
  4. Short-The Front row player has anything short. and in the middle that he can play overhead without reaching. (Heels are on the 10 ft line, we may have him take a step back depending on server).
